There are some human relationships that can’t be broken no matter how much philosophical talk you say and you have to be patient with the conversation even knowing the form.

Getting rid of existing moods (difficult moods) can be done very quickly.
Rather than finding a solution to the problem by talking to someone
Listening attentively begins to set the mind free!
Moods are not something to stick to.
Because as the negative value sinks, the best-case scenario increases.
Getting rid of it quickly and if time is a problem, it is more admirable to wait until the solutions are found and live in a normal state.
From there, it helps a lot to regain energy and calm the mind to implement small methods that improve the mind and body.

🍂To change your mind by watching some irrelevant youtube programs. Irrelevant was said to start like this (31 st night , one or two TV programs like Christmas parties or vlogs made by some people).
🍂 An hour long music program or discussion
🍂 Old telenovelas with bitter and harsh natures
🍂Malayalam movies and
Some English movies – mainly based on true stories
🍂Trying new food recipes.
🍂Vary the exercise and take more time.
Those are the things that work for me.
The things that are right for them are different, so the things that are right for them are to be open to some stressful situations easily .
