Need rest ! Take your time .

There are some days, no matter how busy you are , want to do nothing .

Same for me.

I will be there for you.

I think that day is a good opportunity for rest to make the next step more effective and I can also implement it very well !!
I already have some experiences .

Me and my husband, the lifestyle we have chosen is a light ,simple one .
so I don’t think that life has gone backwards or having a loss because of a day just passing by like this in resting way .

Everyone in the world does not need to run in the same pattern or same way.

As others wish,
If I go to live as they say “oh well”, the only thing that will happen is that
I will lose the life I got,
before I die when I get tired !

As I have lived only in a way that is good only for others , not for me !!

I felt lost when it didn’t make sense.
Due to not knowing how to find a way or lack of understanding, there was a possibility of being dragged into the wave.

But, little by little, I changed my life , my mindset and my patterns .

Even today, I smile at those who ask me about certain things .

“That is, will see ;” such kind my answers with the words they want to see.

I think that is enough.

Protecting my inner peace and mindset is the most important as i feel .

Mindset practice is one of the most valuable aspects of minimalism I see.

As weary people in a hectic world,
we all expect things to be relaxed,
for Physical and mental health.

The things chosen for it are different.

Among the de stress /relaxation techniques,
Deep breathing exercises,
simple meditation or yoga practice , walking or exercises dancing
although there are several methods that I use throughout the day and
Maintaining an offline day once a month is something that is usually done.

Despite this, I had to engage in online work continuously, so I use some weekends to relax and get rid of those things.

Even so, it becomes an addictive thing.

A person doing online business or studies can take a break from their work and start refresh in a relaxing environment.

It brings great mental healing.

Also, even those who want to control their online time can use this method.

You cannot be done this without desired .

While offline like this,
“Oh, what happened on Facebook now”
I want to see whatsapp messages.
It looks like you need to update the status!

If you think like that , this method would not be work.

But this method is very successful for someone who wants to practice mind relaxation & detox.

It’s okay if you manage your time as best you can.

Usually, on my offline days, I rest my eyes in nature with greenery surroundings that brings patterning nature colors.

Having a positive mind that can be happy no matter what !

No matter what anyone says to me, I keep smiling.

When I made a mistake, I learnt from it and grow.
When it’s not my fault, I choose to let go and focus on positive change.

Even before,
I haven’t gone back to blame.
But in the past, I used to get angry
with those who said my mistakes and used to stayed long period with sorrows.

Time spent thinking about the situation

Nothing lasts forever; this too shall pass away – a reminder to cherish every second.

With positivity, I stopped inflicting pain on myself and transformed my life.

Then I feel so comforted by me.

Because of this, I have hardly suffered any severe pains in my memory, after my changes in mindset .

I experience being happy without problems due to the limited number of people I associate with in the small inner circle.

Now i have an ability to connect with someone in any understanding or any situation without judgment .

After started to learn about minimalism, after started to add things to practical life, it is understood that minimalist mindset is very important before all other physical matters .

Simple Habits for a healthy mind , body and soul.

There are some human relationships that can’t be broken no matter how much philosophical talk you say and you have to be patient with the conversation even knowing the form.

Extremely close relationships.

However, after some incident caused heartache
Like forgetting to keep reminding yourself of this situation, giving yourself time to take the next step.
With someone who listens well,
If you can talk about it openly and free your mind
Getting rid of existing moods (difficult moods) can be done very quickly.

Moods are not something to stick to.

Because as the negative value sinks, the best-case scenario increases.

🍂Malayalam movies and
Some English movies – mainly based on true stories

🍂Trying new food recipes.

🍂Vary the exercise and take more time.

Those are the things that work for me.

The things that are right for them are different, so the things that are right for them are to be open to some stressful situations easily .
