Mindset practice is one of the most valuable aspects of minimalism I see.
As weary people in a hectic world,
we all expect things to be relaxed,
for Physical and mental health.
The things chosen for it are different.
Among the de stress /relaxation techniques,
Deep breathing exercises,
simple meditation or yoga practice , walking or exercises dancing
although there are several methods that I use throughout the day and
Maintaining an offline day once a month is something that is usually done.
Despite this, I had to engage in online work continuously, so I use some weekends to relax and get rid of those things.
Even so, it becomes an addictive thing.
A person doing online business or studies can take a break from their work and start refresh in a relaxing environment.
It brings great mental healing.
Also, even those who want to control their online time can use this method.
You cannot be done this without desired .
While offline like this,
“Oh, what happened on Facebook now”
I want to see whatsapp messages.
It looks like you need to update the status!
If you think like that , this method would not be work.
But this method is very successful for someone who wants to practice mind relaxation & detox.
It’s okay if you manage your time as best you can.
Usually, on my offline days, I rest my eyes in nature with greenery surroundings that brings patterning nature colors.
