Need rest ! Take your time .

There are some days, no matter how busy you are , want to do nothing .

Same for me.

I will be there for you.

I think that day is a good opportunity for rest to make the next step more effective and I can also implement it very well !!
I already have some experiences .

Me and my husband, the lifestyle we have chosen is a light ,simple one .
so I don’t think that life has gone backwards or having a loss because of a day just passing by like this in resting way .

Everyone in the world does not need to run in the same pattern or same way.

As others wish,
If I go to live as they say “oh well”, the only thing that will happen is that
I will lose the life I got,
before I die when I get tired !

As I have lived only in a way that is good only for others , not for me !!

I felt lost when it didn’t make sense.
Due to not knowing how to find a way or lack of understanding, there was a possibility of being dragged into the wave.

But, little by little, I changed my life , my mindset and my patterns .

Even today, I smile at those who ask me about certain things .

“That is, will see ;” such kind my answers with the words they want to see.

I think that is enough.

Protecting my inner peace and mindset is the most important as i feel .

Minimalist theme house .

It doesn’t go with the minimalist theme if the things in the house are kept to a minimum.

If a house is designed in a minimalist way,
it should be like that from the beginning of the design.

Generally,
in this kind of house,
the outside and inside with simple shapes, openings, etc. are minimal.
The roof shape is simple.

Reducing the time spend on cleaning and paying more attention to relaxation,
External and internal freedom are the basic elements of minimalism.

The choice of furniture, including the coloring of the walls and the floor, is done using two or three eye-pleasing colors to match the same pattern.

Although it looks simple from the outside, it basically costs more than an average house
But long term benefits with high quality finish.

Usually expect no regular replacements or damages by using high quality goods as a long term plan.

Pictures or decorations hung around the house
Small decorations piled on the tables, (ornaments) other decorations especially artificial plants etc. are not used.

Some live indoor plants , minimal wallpaper or designs could be used as the preferences of who are living in the house .

Mindset practice
Appreciates calmness, likes to live lightly and freely.

Although it is easy to live in this type of house for a person who maintains his inner peace well,

It is possible that this system will not bring happiness at all to those who enjoy collecting and accumulating souvenirs photos , ornaments , antiques and such things .

Find your own way , then your house will be a heaven !

Many people think that minimalism has nothing to do with fashion.

But within the concept of minimalism, fashion is very important.

Let me say some thoughts about it.

Branded and good quality are important here. Then the amount of clothes to be bought is very minimal.

If some common brands not suitable with your comfortability, you can choose your own uncommon designs with body friendly materials like linen, cotton and row clothing materials .

body friendly and comfortability mostly goes with this too.

👩 If you are someone who wears denim with a blouse or t-shirt,
you can wear blue denim with white, yellow, brown, green , black or any plain color t-shirt or blouse by mix and match .

you can wear it with a belt,
you can wear it without a belt or you can change sandals and shoes or earings or hairstyle , whatever !

👩 Also, being able to wear single color clothes usually gives you a very high look.
Minimal colour pallets go with nature and some nude colours with eye comfort .

So it brings simple and elegant look.

👩 Designs with large flowers and other patterns are used very less in clothes in the concept of minimalism.

👩 If you are a person who likes to wear frocks ,
you can use a belt there too,
don’t do it next next time for the same frock.
change the color of the belt or without belt!

👩 When wearing single color clothes,
it is important
not to wear dark colored clothes and to wear light colored with eye rest and try usual goes with minimal color pallets .

👩 Even on festive occasions, you can change and wear by keeping few collection of clothes in different suitable colors for morning, day or night.

All you have to do is change the belt, shoes Hairstyle and make-up.

As weary people in a hectic world,
we all expect things to be relaxed,
for Physical and mental health.

The things chosen for it are different.

Among the de stress /relaxation techniques,

simple meditation or yoga practice , walking or exercises dancing
although there are several methods that I use throughout the day and
Maintaining an offline day once a month is something that is usually done.

Despite this, I had to engage in online work continuously, so I use some weekends to relax and get rid of those things.

Even so, it becomes an addictive thing.

A person doing online business or studies can take a break from their work and start refresh in a relaxing environment.

It brings great mental healing.

Also, even those who want to control their online time can use this method.

You cannot be done this without desired .

While offline like this,
“Oh, what happened on Facebook now”
I want to see whatsapp messages.
It looks like you need to update the status!

If you think like that , this method would not be work.

But this method is very successful for someone who wants to practice mind relaxation & detox.

It’s okay if you manage your time as best you can.

Usually, on my offline days, I rest my eyes in nature with greenery surroundings that brings patterning nature colors.

Some tips for financial management for home

We received several kitchen utensils as wedding gifts in 2014 .
Almost eight years later, I still use them.

Immediately after the marriage, we both took a house for rent, so we only had to buy a few essential items apart from the usable items we received.


A year later, when our son was born, we bought the washing machine, pressure cooker and blender while staying in my mum’s house for a while.


The following year, when we moved to
another city again after having our daughter,
it became easier for me to do the work alone with those essential items and with two small children,
we did not keep other dangerous furniture and things that children might fall or face accident .

As the children grow up and go to school, I Bought some other appliances which mostly needed to can manage my time better and easy.


I always try to buy brand new and brands with good reviews .

Those are convenient because I use them almost every day.
no need spare time for cleaning or just checking as they are using daily .

As our need arises from time to time
That’s where I buy kitchen or other things.

For that, I
It also refers to what is said to be in good condition and branded because it can be used without any problem without any problem even if a large amount is invested at once.

Usually minimalists do not try to buy stuffs when they just arrived to the market or during introducing period of a new item. They wait for sometimes and see .

I don’t like to buy random sale items or items that are offered to pay little by little.

By not doing so, I avoid unnecessary accumulation of belongings in my house.

Essentially, I save my money to buy goods in good condition and actually needed .

Don’t forget to try for thirty days rule before buying it.

It may happen that some of the items brought home and collected will be removed without being used once or sold at a low price.
As with clothes, I have similar past memories !

Many people do not have the space to build large houses like in the past times .

With a clear mind, it is better to do something to the best of your ability than to take a big loan and live a life where you have no freedom of mind.

Some are without considering economy level
Filled with all kinds of stuff,
Unable to move around inside the house.

By creating your home as a free place that provides space to live and not as a noisy place with unnecessary tables and chairs, you can automatically inherit a happy life.

After coming home from busy work or business place
A quiet house without turbulence is a place where the mind is calmed like a meditation.

That really what we calls a heaven .

For those ,who want to change your life as a minimalist

1.
Make a list

Make a list of all the reasons you want to live more simply.
Are you a borrower?
What is that for?

Do you have enough time to spend with your family?

Do you sleep well at night?

2.
Find unwanted things
Walk at home.
Collect the only things you don’t use anymore.
Choose unnecessary cups from the same type of cups in the kitchen.
Collect such things and pack them in a box or cupboard.

If you don’t need to use it for thirty days (one month), donate it to someone who doesn’t have it.

You can resell as pre loved items too.

3.
Introduce residents to a disturbance-free zone in the home.

This is a kitchen table.
It could be a few chairs in the living room, a bedroom, or a kitchen drawer.
If you enjoy that clean, clear environment, expand the zone a little by little each day.

When first practicing, a clutter-free dressing table can turn into a messy room ,
A clutter-free room can become the clutter-less home you’ve been thinking about.

4.
Travel lightly.

Family trips, leisure trips, we use minimalism and simplicity. If you are traveling for 4 days depending on the nature of the trip, accommodation etc., pack for three days,
You can wash or hang the same clothes if you want.

Even if you don’t always think this is possible, pack only the essentials then experience how it feels to carry less luggage.

5.
Use less clothes.

Think carefully about the clothes you have with you considering your duty, profession and other travels.
Open the closet to see if there are any forgotten clothes that you haven’t been able to wear after a while.
If so, realize that you are dressed without them and that it is useless to keep them around in case you need them someday.

6.
Prepare simple meals.
This does not mean that you have to eat the same food every day…. But from time to time you can buy cheap vegetables and fruits as they are abundant and prepare them in different ways and eat them.

Try it for a week.
Ask the likes and dislikes of the family.

7.
Save some money 💰 .
An emergency fund simplifies everything. If you are paying off any debt, put a small amount into a cardless account.
Do this for about 6 months and check that account.
You really feel happy.


If not all of these at once,
try one by one and take small steps forward to reach the simple life you desire. Even if it takes 10 years to get to where you think you want to be, the rewards happen quickly.

The joys of being a beginner minimalist intrigue you.

Do you want to be a minimalist ..?

Do you want to be a minimalist ?

I love being a minimalist !

But how to start?

I like free space,

but how to reduce this stuff around me and inner me.

But where to start…..?

In order to make life easier, the right intelligence should be allowed to make decisions.

Those who are thinking of becoming a minimalist, with all these debt burdens, restlessness, It is difficult to start.

It’s been a few years since I started becoming a minimalist.

But, when it is forgotten,
Cases where this concept could not be used
And there are many cases where this concept has been used very well in life.

Becoming a minimalist may not be something that can be done in one month, five months or a year or two .

Even after years, I can’t be a complete minimalist.
I also don’t want to be an extreme minimalist or total minimalist .
I just try in many ways that easy for me.

This is a never-ending journey and new things are always being added to learn, know and search.

Within a few years, I had my eating patterns, shopping, debt, health, home and busyness under control.
Even more efforts were made to clear the mind.

In my experience, this change brings comfort to my life and to my family.
The house has automatically become a peaceful place due to not getting angry with the husband as well as with the children.

Children also get that advantage.

I experimented and still do to decide what is good enough for me.

We are still experimenting with things that are there, using things that are there for a long time rather than removing them and taking and deciding things according to need.

Next I’ll write about a few ways you can simplify your life and become a minimalist
(a beginner or somewhere along your journey).
