Happy life is a choice !

A friend who spoke to me says that you have already won.
We actually talked about some values of our lives.
Regarding our age ,mostly about our health and wellness.

Many people plan to retire and be happy when they are 50, 55 or 60 years old.

It is true ,that my life is going the way I like with the change that I started at the age of thirty.

Some of the sacrifices or decisions I made for it are not suitable for everyone. or easy for all.

At that time I wanted to change the normal life pattern.

With the support of a family specially spouse , it is decided whether it can go well or not.

If I hadn’t changed like that,
With the way I was,
I could have been the proud owner of a tired life in the revealing world.

As ordinary people, none of us are born of flowers,
So fed up with many ways . There were crashes. I too had many bad traits. !!

I think they are very normal as humans.

But I wanted to change how to live freely.

Then I understood me and changed myself .
I did little by little. It took many years and still I’m changing me in someways .
All the good changes that came after that are things that I got with this lifestyle.

That’s why even the little sinhalese
book ” simple me” was written based on my true experiences . Many readers said that it is like a handbook for change the life in minimal way.

With the gradual changes, everything went smoothly.

Even today, every day I set goals for myself.
“Like two liters of water. “
Such goals can be very small.
But even if it’s a small goal, spend my days happily.

At the end of the day, I saw myself satisfied, even if the goal is small, it is very important to me.

Even the family members around me are happy that I am happy.

I will not describe these as one by one, the things we keep as goals are personal. Values are different .

However, I demonstrate with myself. Even my children can see.
As I talk to them about it.

They are getting to know , “Instead of what I should do rather than how others are doing, what they are doing,
How I am today – What I want to change tomorrow than today is the only happiness “

I see a feedback from my daughter and son,
And there are times when they remind me too.

Being happy in the moment while keeping goals and objectives makes life easier.

Good Luck !

Minimalist theme house .

It doesn’t go with the minimalist theme if the things in the house are kept to a minimum.

If a house is designed in a minimalist way,
it should be like that from the beginning of the design.

Generally,
in this kind of house,
the outside and inside with simple shapes, openings, etc. are minimal.
The roof shape is simple.

Reducing the time spend on cleaning and paying more attention to relaxation,
External and internal freedom are the basic elements of minimalism.

The choice of furniture, including the coloring of the walls and the floor, is done using two or three eye-pleasing colors to match the same pattern.

Although it looks simple from the outside, it basically costs more than an average house
But long term benefits with high quality finish.

Usually expect no regular replacements or damages by using high quality goods as a long term plan.

Pictures or decorations hung around the house
Small decorations piled on the tables, (ornaments) other decorations especially artificial plants etc. are not used.

Some live indoor plants , minimal wallpaper or designs could be used as the preferences of who are living in the house .

Before external material things
Mindset practice
Appreciates calmness, likes to live lightly and freely.

Although it is easy to live in this type of house for a person who maintains his inner peace well,

It is possible that this system will not bring happiness at all to those who enjoy collecting and accumulating souvenirs photos , ornaments , antiques and such things .

Find your own way , then your house will be a heaven !
